Diets and nutrition are not a one size fits all solution. With so many diets out there (Paleo, Keto, Medittarnian, and more) these diets have their place and purpose but determining the right diet for your specific needs and goals is imperative.
With help from Dr. Danielle and Dr. Rich, you’ll learn many things including not just what you should eat but more importantly why you should eat them. The Berko Way has a mantra when it comes to nutrition: “Eat Good Foods, Take A Break, Eat More Good Foods”. You’ll learn how and why to:

Movement is important for all ages, shapes, and sizes and it is important that we customize movements for all age, shapes, and sizes as no 2 people should or be able to work out the same with the same type of movements everyday. It is important to learn the right movements for us and to diversify those movements. The Berko Way focuses on all backets of movement including:

Sleep Performance
Sleep performance is essential for long term good health and both and physical mental well-being. For you to achieve optimal human potential, we have to get quality sleep. Most people overlook their sleep preformance because it’s not something everyone measures and what is not measured is not managed. With the popularity of smartwatches, sleep monitoring apps and more, it’s now easier to measure these things and make sure you’re getting what you need from your sleep.
More than just getting 6 to 8 hours each night, it’s important that your sleep include 25% REM (responsible for our ability to remember and store new memories) and 25% Deep Sleep, where your body can focus on letting out immune system work and allowing the body to recover and react to disease and injuries to keep us in good health. Long-term poor sleep quality creates poor outcomes for our health and will prevent us from reaching that optimal human potential
